Which package fits my property type?
If you live in a high-rise condominium or apartment, the Condo & Apartment Suite is optimized for your layout (covering the living hall, master bedroom, and two small rooms). For terrace or landed homes, the Landed Essential covers all front and back windows. For specific spaces like bathrooms or kitchens, Privacy Pro offers the perfect frosted solution.
Do you charge for measurements and consultations?
No. We will come to your home in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor to measure your windows, run a solar heat test with our demo equipment, and show you physical samples. This is completely free.
How long does installation take?
Most homes, like a standard condo or double-story house, take between 4 and 8 hours. Our team keeps things clean and quiet so we do not get in your way.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers bubbling, peeling, cracking, and adhesive failures. Our residential packages are backed by up to a 5-year warranty, while Privacy Pro comes with a 2-year warranty.
