Coverage Scope & Defective Panel Replacement:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and installation workmanship. Coverage applies specifically to the individual affected panel or film section showing defect (such as bubbling, peeling, or discoloration). Surrounding or non-defective panels are not subject to replacement.
How to File a Claim
- 1 Locate your official digital or printed warranty card / receipt.
- 2 Snap a clear photo/video showing the affected window area.
- 3 Send us a message on WhatsApp (014-6477880) or email info@ckoolwindow.com. Our team will schedule a free replacement visit.
Standard Exclusions
- Physical damage caused by sharp objects, improper cleaning, or harsh chemical agents.
- Natural disasters, glass breakage due to structural movement, or external impact.
- Unauthorized third-party tampering, removal, or re-installation attempts.
